This is a new community, but I'm not new to running one. I have standards. By joining this group, you're agreeing to the terms below. They exist to protect the integrity of what we're building here—a space for genuine growth, confidentiality, and positive momentum. Let's make it clear what that looks like.

THE CORE RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

Be respectful.
No negativity. No bullying, complaining, or hostility. There are plenty of online spaces full of misery—this isn't one of them. Nasty behavior is grounds for immediate removal, at my sole discretion. We're intentional about the energy in this group.

Ask clear, specific questions.
In the interest of everyone reading, don't ramble or tell long stories. This is a growth-focused group. To help you solve your problem, we need clear questions. Share relevant context if needed to frame the question—just get to the point.

Share your wins.
When something positive happens for you as a result of something you've learned here—even small wins—share it. And when you see someone else's win, celebrate them. We're building virtuous cycles of positive feedback. The world has enough negativity; we're focused on what's working.

Focus on the main thing.
We're here to develop mental models and effective strategies to improve your life—personally and professionally. That's it.

Refer only high-quality people.

No spam, links, promos, or memes.
Keep the group clean. Those things run counter to our core mission: asking questions, sharing wins, and improving your life.

Members may share personal information and sensitive details in this group. Keep it confidential. No screenshots, no sharing content outside the group. This is real, human, trust.

Confidentiality is non-negotiable.
Everything discussed here—personal stories, health information, financial details, business challenges, contact information—stays in the group. Don't repeat it, don't screenshot it, don't share it anywhere.

I may occasionally share exceptional posts (anonymously).
When I see a post, question, or win that's especially inspiring or useful to the group, I may save and share it to motivate others and demonstrate that change is possible. Your privacy is protected—no names, no identifying details. However, if you post something you absolutely don't want shared—even with your name removed—tag it #noshare. That's your responsibility to do. If you have concerns, contact me directly in the group. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)

Agreement

By joining Elemental Crossroads (EC), you enter into a binding agreement with Elemental Crossroads (“the company”) and its owner, Adam Hutchison.

What You're Agreeing To

As a member of this group, you will become privy to:

• Bespoke information about your own health concerns, daily practices, and life systems

• Proprietary intellectual property related to the Company's methodologies and strategies

• Personal information of other group members, including contact information and financial details

Your Obligations

You agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality. Do not disclose, sell, imitate, or share any Company information in any way that may be detrimental or competitive to the Company

• Respect other members' privacy. Do not betray the confidence, harass, or exploit any other member or admin. Do not disclose or sell any member information

• Protect the group's integrity. Honor the confidentiality and discretion required by this agreement

Your Membership Status

You understand that:

• Your status as a guest or member may be revoked at any time, at the Company's sole discretion

• You may renounce your membership at any time

• "Out is out." If you leave or are removed, there are no second chances to rejoin

Consequences of Breach

If you violate this agreement, the Company will pursue legal action. If a violation is found, you are responsible for:

• All damages incurred by the Company

• All legal fees the Company incurs as a result of your actions

After Membership Ends

Whether you leave voluntarily or are removed, you continue to maintain confidentiality and agree not to compete with or act against the Company.
