1. Agreement to Terms By enrolling in Elemental Crossroads ("the Program," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Lumen Acupuncture and Light LLC, you ("you," "the Participant") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

2. Description of Services Elemental Crossroads is an online wellness program offering lifestyle guidance, educational content, traditional Chinese herbal recommendations, and group support.

3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering a binding agreement to enroll. By enrolling, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Free Trial The Program offers a fourteen (14)-day trial of a small version of the program at no cost. At the conclusion of the trial, you may choose to enroll in the full Program. If you do not commit to the full Program at the end of the trial period, you forfeit the opportunity to re-enroll at any future date. This policy is firm and consistently enforced. By beginning the trial, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

5. Enrollment and Payment Full enrollment in the Program costs $4,500. Payment is processed through bank transfer/ACH, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal Friends and Family, one-time only. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE — see Section 6.

6. Refund Policy All sales are final and non-refundable.

7. Term and Renewal. Membership runs for one year from enrollment and ends automatically at the close of that year unless you choose to re-enroll. Because all fees are non-refundable (Section 6), discontinuing participation early does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Health Disclaimer The Program provides educational and wellness information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Adam Hutchison is not a licensed physician. Adam Hutchison is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Colorado. Statements regarding herbs and wellness practices have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning the Program, changing your lifestyle, or taking any herbal supplement. You assume full responsibility for your own health decisions. (See our full Medical Disclaimer.)

9. Herbal Recommendations Any herbal recommendations are customized based on information you provide and are offered as part of a traditional wellness practice, not as medical prescriptions. You are responsible for disclosing all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and pregnancy/nursing status. We are not liable for adverse reactions, interactions, or outcomes arising from herbal products you choose to use.

10. Participant Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate health and personal information, to use the Program in good faith, and to follow guidance at your own discretion and risk.

11. Intellectual Property All Program content — including materials, text, forms, and methods — is the property of Elemental Crossroads and Lumen Acupuncture and Light LLC and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumen Acupuncture and Light LLC or Elemental Crossroads shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program or use of any information or product provided. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue participation.

13. Assumption of Risk You voluntarily participate in the Program and assume all risks associated with lifestyle changes, herbal use, and wellness practices.

14. Privacy Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Modifications We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Garfield County.
